My name is Shelly, I’m a printer and a craft addict, my blood is likely 70% ink and 30% glitter.

Flocking Around Design Studio is a lifetime passion and part of my retirement plan. I have over 30 years in the printing industry, a couple of degrees, a few licenses, and more life experience than I care to share. Currently, Flocking Around Design Studio is a combination of the things I love and do best, printing, design, marketing and crafting.

During my printing career the years spent as a graphic designer and prepress technician were my favorite. My days were spent coming up with affordable print and marketing solutions for customers and bringing those concepts to life. Let me help you navigate the printing world; I can help you choose processes that will make the most out of your printing budget and wow your customers.

I’ve been crafting pretty much my whole life. After discovering being a vendor at craft sale events is not for me, I started offering crafting workshops instead. Apparently, I’m not the only one struck with a craft addiction and wanting to try new processes and techniques. I am always looking for ideas for a new workshop, please feel free to make suggestions.
